I have known and worked on and with early childhood reflexes since becoming self-employed in 2014. Although I was still using a different method at the time, I was already convinced of the huge potential of this approach, but at the same time I knew that much more was possible here than was previously known.
In autumn of 2018, it was time to pursue my own path. I decided to develop my own method for integrating early childhood reflexes. Initially, Dr. Matthias Welker assisted me in this process, and after three years of research and development, it was done - F&W Reflexintegration® was born.
In this context, the F stands for »functionality« and W for »wellbeing«. Because that's what I want to enable many people and trainees to achieve with my holistic and effective method: for them to regain more enjoyment of their mobility, physical functionality and, of course, a greater sense of well-being and more quality of life.
I would now like to pass on all my newly acquired knowledge and results, which is why I train others. With F&W Reflexintegration® you will learn about the fundamental role of early childhood development and the influence of early childhood reflexes on our health and our physical and mental performance capacities.
