Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

info@fundw-reflexintegration.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.fundw-reflexintegration.de/en/ by clicking the "Withdraw from contract" button located at the bottom of the page. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that our services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, compared to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.

Bookings of video education courses with F&W Reflexintegration are subject to the following separate regulations regarding the right of withdrawal:

By paying all course and membership fees in full, you agree and expressly request that F&W Reflexintegration begin providing the commissioned service (activation of all video content for the booked education course(s) and sending all training materials) even before the end of the withdrawal period. Therefore, your right of withdrawal automatically expires upon your full payment and F&W Reflexintegration's complete fulfillment of the contract.
